How do I place an order?
Online
All online purchases are processed using Paypal. To shop, simply add items to your cart by clicking the “add to cart” button. When you are ready to place your completed order, click the “view cart” button, and follow the checkout instructions to pay with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. YOU DO NOT NEED AN ACCOUNT WITH PAYPAL to use paypal. Simply check out as a guest. PayPal is a secure server so you can feel safe shopping! The store will be listed as Bluebottle Art Gallery rest assured we are one in the same.
Telephone
For phone orders, you may use the shopping cart function to assemble your order. Instead of proceeding with the credit card transaction, you can print out the order form to use as a reference and give us a call at 206.323.9163. We are also happy to call you if you send us an e-mail request including a good time to contact you.
Mail
I accept money orders and checks. Please indicate piece. If paying by check, please allow five (5) business days for checks to clear. Mailing address: Matthew Porter Art, 4105 NE 120th Street, Seattle, WA, 98125
Is there tax or shipping costs?
Tax: 9.5% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within WA State.
Shipping Costs: We will do our best to approximate shipping charges. If shipping costs seem a bit too high just get in touch and we'll look into it!
What happens after I order?
We will send you an email confirming your order. Most items will be shipped within a few days. Commissions typically take 1 - 2 weeks to complete.
Returns
We typically do not accept returns but if you would like to discuss a specific situation feel free to get in touch.
